In May 2015, the entrepreneur found out that his property had been seized in connection with the recovery procedure under a judicial act as part of the bankruptcy of a legal entity with which he had transactions.

In the course of ascertaining the reasons for the recovery, it was established that the debt was formed as a result of invalidation of transactions in the framework of the bankruptcy of SIB-TRADE LLC due to the lack of information on transactions with the entrepreneur in the documents of the bankrupt company. Lawyers of the bureau suspended the ongoing recovery and secured the cancellation of the judicial act in the court of appeal, proving the reality of the operations.
