The easement dispute

Solomon Attorneys at Law secured the installation of an electric cable to the principal’s building in a neighboring land plot.

For the warehouse to work, the principal needed to connect to the electrical networks. Laying the cable from the insertion point was possible only on someone else's land, whose owner objected to the work. Solomon Attorneys at Law, having secured the support of an electric grid organization, filed a lawsuit demanding the establishment of an easement on someone else's land for cable laying.

The court agreed with the arguments of the Bureau’s lawyers and decided to lay the electric cable with the shortest and cheapest route along the defendant’s land plot. The decision was upheld by the courts of appeal and cassation.
